The only businesses who should (still) be doing postpaid
billing are the mega telephone companies.

Else Should Use Prepaid. If you don't understand

For Using Prepaid VoIP. 1) Too many deadbeats,
2) Cost of invoicing, 3) Cost of mailing bills, 4)
Cost of collecting money, 5) Cost of account staff,
6)Never deal with inability to rate a completed call,
7) Always have their money before the call is placed,
8) When the balance hits $0.00, the call gets disconnected,
9) When the customer can't place a call, it is very
easy to get more money, and 10) You can not cash THE
CHECK IS IN THE MAIL!
