Responsible for development of test plans, test data
creation (using Perl), and testing, for a Call Record
Management System (CRMS). The CRMS polls Lucent 5E switches
(9 locations) for AMA call records. Once retrieved,
the CRMS converts AMA records to EMI format, which are
then processed by the Convergys Billing System. Testing
also includes Y2K validation of CRMS. |

first written in 1987 and enhanced several times over

Canada. Developed Internet Billing Systems for
small to medium size ISP's. As a partner of this company,
specific responsibilities included AR design and development,
consulted in billing design, system installation, system
documentation, assisted in data conversion, system support
and sales. Clients' businesses range in size from 100
subscribers to 30,000 subscribers, with the largest
customer being Alaska's dominant Internet Service Provider.
The systems were developed for DOS, Windows95/98 and
UNIX (Sun Solaris, AIX, Free BSD and Linux). |

and support. Client businesses ranged in size from 1
to 7 million MOU per month. Systems were deployed on
various UNIX platforms. |
